The Community:

York, North Dakota has a population of about 35 people. The city has a gas station with basic commodities available. The nearest grocery store and hardware store are in the city of Leeds, 6 miles east of York on U.S. Highway 2.

The Hunting and Fishing:

Hunting and fishing in the Lake Region area is excellent throughout the year. Guides and outfitters are available for ice fishing, summer fishing, spring and fall goose hunting, duck hunting, deer, and moose hunting.
